the pocket idiots guide to …Living on a Budget

Summary:
-living on a budget doesn’t mean depriving yourself of life’s pleasures.

-everyone, regardless of income, can benefit by adopting the basic principles of budgeting —- living within your means and having something left over at the end of the month.

-living on a budget helps you avoid the “run out of money before you run out of month” syndrome.

-most couples fight about money, so agreeing to live with a reasonable budget can lessen that relationship tension and stress.

-sometimes the culprit is not spending too much money on big purchases, but spending too much money on little purchases.
